At MagnaPrime, your privacy is taken seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We believe in full transparency — if you have any questions not answered here, please reach us through our Contact page.

1What Data We Collect

MagnaPrime collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform:

→Your Discord User ID and username — collected when you use the /verify slash command on our server.
→Cryptocurrency transaction hash (TxHash) — submitted voluntarily by you for subscription verification.
→Blockchain network selection (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20) — provided alongside the TxHash.
→Subscription tier and expiry date — stored to manage your access.
→Timestamp of interactions with our platform — stored for operational logging.

We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, real names, payment card information, or any financial account credentials.

2How We Use Your Data

All data collected is used exclusively to operate the MagnaPrime subscription service — specifically to verify crypto payments, assign the correct Discord role, deliver tier-appropriate signals, and manage subscription renewals and expirations. We do not sell, share, or trade your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured MongoDB database hosted on MongoDB Atlas with encrypted connections. Access is restricted exclusively to automated server processes and authorised MagnaPrime administrators. We use industry-standard measures to protect data at rest and in transit. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure — by using the platform you accept this inherent risk.

4Discord Integration

MagnaPrime operates a Discord bot that reads your public Discord profile (User ID, username) solely to facilitate role assignment and subscription DM notifications. We do not read your private messages, access your friends list, or interact with any servers other than the official MagnaPrime Discord server. Our bot operates under Discord's Terms of Service.

5Blockchain Transactions

Cryptocurrency transaction hashes submitted for verification are public data on their respective blockchains (TRON, Ethereum, BSC). We query public blockchain APIs (TronGrid, Etherscan, BscScan) to verify these transactions. We store the TxHash as a reference record to prevent duplicate verification attempts. We do not store your private keys or wallet addresses beyond what is publicly visible on-chain.

6Data Retention

Trade signal data is automatically purged from our live database after 30 days and archived to email for our internal records only. User records (Discord ID, subscription history) are retained for operational integrity. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting our support team via the Contact page. Note that on-chain transaction records are immutable and beyond our control.

7Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

→The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
→The right to request correction of inaccurate data.
→The right to request deletion of your account data.
→The right to withdraw consent at any time (by leaving the Discord server and ceasing use of the platform).

8Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced in the MagnaPrime Discord server. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. This document was last updated in April 2026.
